Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, structure, and materials of clamps used for vasectomy, as well as their requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to dissection clamps used to separate the scrotal skin during vasectomy with direct clamping and injection of adhesive plugs, and to extracorporeal fixation clamps used to clamp and fix the vas deferens outside the scrotal skin or to extract the exposed vas deferens.
