Abstract
This part of GB/T 4797 generally divides solar radiation areas into several types, and mainly provides some background materials for selecting the appropriate severity of solar radiation for product applications.
Except for areas with an altitude of more than 5,000 m, this part covers various terrains.
When selecting the severity of solar radiation for products, it is advisable to use the values given in IEC 60721-1.
