FZ/T 01153-2019 Nonwovens—Description of defects—Vocabulary
Abstract
This standard describes the common appearance defects in nonwoven fabrics.
This standard includes the following types of defects:
—— Mesh defects;
—— Consolidation defects;
—— Post-treatment defects;
—— Winding and cutting defects;
—— Other defects.
Note: This standard is used to define the defects of nonwoven fabrics, that is, certain defective features on nonwoven fabrics that are not intentionally generated by humans. These features do not necessarily mean that the product is below standard. Relevant parties need to reach a consensus on whether a certain appearance can be considered a defect. If both parties believe that there is a defect, they need to reach an agreement on the allowable range of the defects based on the final use of the product.
