Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage of heat-insulated protective clothing.
This standard applies to protective clothing used by workers to avoid harm caused by contact heat, convective heat, and radiant heat from high-temperature objects and heat sources in the environment.
This standard does not apply to fire-fighting heat-insulated protective clothing and protective clothing used for molten metals and welding.
