Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, reagents, instruments, equipment, analysis steps, precision, and recovery rate for determining metal and non-metal impurities in inorganic chemical products using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).
This standard is applicable to liquid samples containing multiple impurities in inorganic chemical products or to samples after matrix removal, which are directly injected for measurement using an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer.
