Abstract
This standard specifies the quality standards that mineral turbine oil (hereinafter referred to as turbine oil) used in power plants (including hydro turbines, phase adjusters, and gas turbines) should meet during operation. This standard applies to the quality supervision of turbine oil (including oil used in hydro turbines, phase adjusters, and gas turbines) during the operation of power generation units.
