Abstract
This part of GB/T 15972 specifies the test methods for the cutoff wavelength of single-mode fiber optic cables, and stipulates unified requirements for test devices, injection conditions, procedures, calculation methods, and results.
This part is applicable to the measurement and inspection of the cutoff wavelength of Class B single-mode finished fiber optic cables specified in GB/T 9771 and Class C single-mode finished fiber optic cables specified in GB/T 31242-2014.
