Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of medical refrigerators.
This standard applies to medical refrigerators (hereinafter referred to as refrigerators) used for storing supplies, with an internal temperature range of 2℃ to 8℃, assembled in factories, and cooled by motor-driven compressors, employing either natural air convection or forced air convection inside. This includes medical blood refrigerators (hereinafter referred to as blood refrigerators).
