Abstract
This document establishes the work procedures for the preparation of emergency response plans for the production safety of electrochemical energy storage power stations, and stipulates the main contents of comprehensive emergency response plans, special emergency response plans, and on-site disposal plans.
This document is applicable to the preparation of emergency response plans for the production safety of electrochemical energy storage power stations using lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and hydrogen production by water electrolysis/fuel cells as energy storage carriers.
