GB 30863-2014 Personal protective equipment—Eye and face protection—Laser eye-protectors
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, product information, and markings for laser protective glasses.
This standard applies to eye protection gear that prevents accidental laser radiation (with a laser radiation wavelength ranging from 180 nm to 1,000 μm).
This standard does not apply to:
——Eye protection gear used for directly observing laser beams;
——Laser protective products used as observation windows on laser equipment, such as laser protective screens (see GB/T 18151);
——Laser protective filters in optical equipment (such as microscopes).
