Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and designations, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, inspections and tests, packaging, markings, and quality certificates of cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and strips). This standard applies to cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates and strips with a thickness of 0.30 mm to 3.5 mm used in industries such as automobiles and home appliances.
