Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grading and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of recycled silica sand used in casting.
This standard applies to recycled silica sand (except for old sand treated with water glass) used in molding and core-making in casting production.
