GB 4914-2008 Effluent limitations for pollutants from offshore petroleum exploration and production
Abstract
This standard specifies the emission concentration limits for pollutants directly discharged into the sea during marine oil exploration and development activities in different sea areas. This standard applies to China's inland waters, territorial seas, and other jurisdictional sea areas, and governs the discharge of production water, drilling fluids, drill cuttings, and other pollutants used or generated during operations and directly discharged into the sea by any legal persons, natural persons, and other economic entities engaged in oil exploration and development.
