Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for the exchange of express delivery information between express service organizations and air transport enterprises, including the business process of information exchange, communication interfaces, message specifications, security controls for information exchange, and the frequency of data exchange.
This standard applies to the exchange of information between express service organizations and air transport enterprises for the completion of domestic express air transport. For express service organizations with their own airlines, they may refer to and implement the standard according to their own circumstances.
