Abstract
This part of GB/T 12706 specifies the structure, dimensions, and test requirements of extruded insulated power cables with a rated voltage of 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3.6 kV).
This part applies to fixed-installation extruded insulated power cables with a rated voltage of 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3.6 kV) in power distribution networks or industrial installations.
This part does not apply to cables subject to special installation and operating conditions, such as overhead lines, mining industries, nuclear power plants (inside and near the containment vessel), and underwater or shipboard cables.
