Abstract
This standard specifies the energy-saving management requirements and energy-saving operation measures for the energy-saving operation and management of air conditioning systems (hereinafter referred to as "the system").
This standard applies to centralized and semi-centralized air conditioning systems (excluding direct expansion air conditioning systems) in general industrial and civil buildings in Shanghai that use electrically driven compressors for vapor compression cycle cooling water (heat pump) units. Special air conditioning systems may refer to and implement this standard accordingly.
