Abstract
This standard specifies the performance, dimensions, and functional interchangeability of wellhead devices and production trees used in the oil and gas industry, as well as requirements for their design, materials, testing, inspection, welding, marking, packaging, storage, transportation, procurement, repair, and fabrication. It also provides corresponding recommended practices.
This standard does not apply to wellhead devices and production trees used on oilfield sites for on-site operation, testing, and repair.
