Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and tools, reagents and solutions, operating procedures, result calculation, and repeatability for the determination of phospholipid content in vegetable oils and fats. This standard is applicable to crude vegetable oil, degummed oil, and finished oil. The first method in this standard is an arbitration method.
