Abstract
This standard specifies the raw material requirements, technical requirements, testing methods, usage methods, labeling, packaging, storage, and transportation requirements for chemical disinfectants used in the disinfection and sterilization of medical devices.
This standard applies to disinfectants used in medical devices.
This standard does not apply to disinfection devices with disinfection factor generating devices, nor to disinfection and sterilization products that function after being gasified (vaporized) under specific conditions.
