Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining folic acid in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of folic acid in food.
The detection limit of this standard is as follows: for ordinary food, when the sample weight is 5 g, the detection limit is 2 μg/100 g; for nutritional supplements, fortifiers, and premixes, when the sample weight is 1 g, the detection limit is 2 μg/100 g.
