GB/T 8381-2008 Determination of aflatoxin B1 in animal feeding stuffs—Semi-quantitative thin layer chromatographic methods
Abstract
This standard specifies two methods for determining aflatoxin B1 in feed, and these methods can only be used for semi-quantitative determination.
Method A in this standard is suitable for single feed products such as oilseeds and oilseed meal, peanut, coconut kernel, linseed, soybean, palm kernel, cassava starch, corn meal, cereals and cereal products, pea flour, potato pulp, and potato flour. When using Method A to determine the aflatoxin B1 content of one of the above-mentioned single feed products that may be interfered with, it is recommended to use Method B instead.
Method B in this standard is suitable for compound feed and the single feed products not mentioned above. This method is not suitable for feed containing citrus pulp.
