GB/T 42567.2-2023 Reference conditions and procedures for testing industrial and process measurement transmitters—Part 2:Specific procedures for pressure transmitters
Abstract
This document specifies the specific test procedures for process pressure measurement transmitters (PMTs, hereinafter referred to as pressure transmitters or transmitters) used in industrial processes and mechanical control systems for measurement and control purposes.
Pressure transmitters can use remote seals to introduce process variables into the sensing elements of the pressure transmitters. When it is not possible to separate the remote seals from the pressure transmitters, the entire pressure transmitter needs to be tested.
For general test procedures, please refer to GB/T 42567.1—2023, which is applicable to all types of industrial process measurement transmitters.
Note: In industrial process applications, the terms "industrial transmitters" or "process transmitters" are also commonly used to refer to process measurement transmitters.
