Abstract
This standard specifies the parameters for testing and evaluating the fuel consumption of road transport vehicles, testing methods, testing conditions, testing equipment, testing preparations, testing procedures, and evaluation of testing results, etc.
This standard applies to in-service passenger and freight vehicles that use diesel or gasoline and have a rated total mass of more than 3,500 kg.
