Abstract
This standard specifies the nature and tasks of rock geochemical measurement, the preparation of design documents, field sampling, sample processing, quality inspection, selection of elements to be measured and quality control of element analysis tests, map compilation, verification and evaluation of anomalies, reporting of results, and accompanying diagrams, etc.
This standard is applicable to rock geochemical measurement work at different scales in all stages of mineral exploration.
