Abstract
The chapter in GB 4706.1—2005 is replaced by the following content.
This part applies to the safety requirements of household microwave ovens with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V.
This part also applies to combination microwave ovens. For specific requirements, see Appendix AA.
In practical terms, the common hazards associated with the various appliances covered by this part may be encountered by all people in and around residential environments.
