JJG 596-1999 Electrical Energy Meters with Electronics
Abstract
This regulation applies to the verification of electronic energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "energy meters") that measure AC active energy using the characteristics of electronic components, with a rated frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, after new production, during use, and after repair. These energy meters include standard energy meters and installed energy meters.
This regulation does not apply to the verification of induction energy meters.
