This section describes the possible electrical environmental loads of systems/components installed at specific locations on/in vehicles, and stipulates the tests and requirements.
This section applies to automotive electrical and electronic systems/components.
Note: The electrical loads are independent of the installation location, but may be affected by the impedance of the in-vehicle wiring harnesses and connected systems.
