Abstract
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for the oil discharge monitoring system (hereinafter referred to as the monitoring system) of oil tankers. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and inspection of oil discharge monitoring systems used on oil tankers with a gross tonnage of 150 tons or more.
