GB 4706.95-2008 Household and similar electrical appliances—Safety—Particular requirements for commercial electric hoods
Abstract
This part of GB4706 concerns the safety of commercial electric range hoods installed above commercial cooking appliances such as stoves, single- and double-sided woks, and deep-fryers, which are not intended for household use. For single-phase range hoods connected to a phase line and a neutral line, the rated voltage should not exceed 250V, and for other range hoods, it should not exceed 480V. Independent integrated units and range hoods assembled from separate components (including a fan) are within the scope of this part.
