This part of GB/T 8704 specifies the determination of silicon content by the dehydration weight method of sulfuric acid and the silico-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry method.
This part is applicable to the determination of silicon content in vanadium iron, with a determination range (mass fraction) of 0.10% to 3.50%.
