GB/T 39083-2020 Specification of express service payment information exchange
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for the exchange of payment information, the business process of information exchange, communication interfaces, message specifications, and security technical requirements between express service organizations and commercial banks, payment institutions, and bank card clearing agencies (hereinafter collectively referred to as payment service agencies). This standard applies to the exchange of information between express service organizations and payment service agencies for the completion of fund collection and payment operations such as freight collection and payment on behalf of the consignee.
