GB/T 14044-2008 Ballasts for tubular fluorescent lamps—Performance requirements
Abstract
This standard specifies the performance requirements for (non-resistance type) ballast used with tubular preheated cathode fluorescent lamps, operating on AC power of 50 Hz or 60 Hz and below 1000 V. The fluorescent lamps used can operate with or without a starter or starting device. The rated power, dimensions, and characteristics of the lamps shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60081 and IEC 60901. This standard applies to complete ballasts and their components, such as resistors, transformers, and capacitors.
This standard does not include AC electronic ballasts for high-frequency operation of tubular fluorescent lamps as specified in GB 19510.4.
