Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, type classification, evaluation indicators, transformation methods and technologies, operation design, construction management, monitoring, and archival management of low-efficiency forest transformation. This standard applies to production technology activities and management of low-efficiency forest transformation across the country. The low-efficiency forests referred to in this standard include secondary forests and artificial forests, and the forest types include protective forests, timber forests, economic forests, and fuelwood forests.
