DB31/T 783-2014 Guidelines for Reasonable Energy Use in Colleges and Universities Buildings
Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and management requirements for rational energy use indicators of higher education buildings.
This standard applies to higher education institutions in Shanghai that were included in the building energy consumption statistics during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, and is used for calculating and evaluating the energy consumption of various buildings during their daily operations. Other schools may refer to and implement it accordingly.
