GB/T 31088-2014 General guideline of circular economy management for industrial parks
Abstract
This standard stipulates the requirements for the overall principles, policies, planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement of circular economy management in industrial parks.
Industrial parks are not limited to national-level economic and technological development zones, national-level high-tech industrial development zones, national-level bonded zones, national-level import and export processing zones, and provincial-level development zones, but also include industrial concentration areas and industrial clusters with large enterprises as the core.
This standard is applicable to the management committees of industrial parks (hereinafter referred to as "management committees") in carrying out circular economy management work, and industrial clusters with large enterprises as the core may also refer to and implement it accordingly.
