GB 7000.218-2008 Luminaires—Part 2-18:Particular requirements—Luminaries for swimming pools and similar application
Abstract
This part of GB 7000 specifies the safety requirements for fixed luminaires used in or in contact with water, such as those in swimming pools, fountains, rowing pools, and garden ponds, which use tungsten filament lamps and LEDs.
This part does not include luminaires that are not in contact with water (for example, those installed behind a glass panel separate from the luminaire) or portable luminaires. This part should be used in conjunction with the relevant chapters of GB 7000.1.
