GB 5009.289-2023 The National Standard for Food Safety: Determination of Low-molecular-weight Galactooligosaccharides in Foods
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for the liquid chromatography determination of oligosaccharides in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of oligosaccharides in infant and toddler formula foods (excluding infant formula foods for special medical purposes), infant and toddler complementary foods, dairy products, beverages, and baked goods. This standard is not applicable to the determination of oligosaccharides in foods that contain other oligosaccharides with reducing properties, which may cause interference.
