Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, usage methods, label instructions, and precautions for hand disinfectants.
This standard applies to disinfectants used for hand disinfection, which are made from iodine, alcohol, guanidine, quaternary ammonium salts, and phenols as raw materials, and water or ethanol as solvents.
This standard does not apply to disinfectants used for skin disinfection.
