Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, application scope, usage methods, inspection methods, marking and packaging, transportation and storage, labels and user manuals, and precautions for ozone generators used for disinfecting water, air, and surfaces of objects.
This standard applies to ozone generators that produce ozone by physical means and use it for disinfection.
This standard does not apply to ozone generators that produce ozone by chemical means.
