GB/T 15587-2023 Energy management systems—Guidelines for a phased implementation
Abstract
This document provides guidance for organizations to implement an energy management system using a phased approach. The phased approach aims to support and simplify the implementation of energy management systems for all types of organizations, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
This document provides guidance on the use of 12 core elements and their four maturity levels for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an energy management system to improve energy performance.
By adopting a phased implementation approach, organizations can achieve an energy management level that aligns with their goals and establish a solid foundation until they gradually meet the requirements of GB/T 23331—2020. This document is consistent with GB/T 23331—2020, but does not cover all of its requirements.
