GB/T 39166-2020 Test method of mechanized peel for resistance spot, projection and seam welds
Abstract
This standard specifies the mechanical peeling test instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures, repeat tests, and test reports for individual welding points (welds) of resistance spot welding, projection welding, and seam welding joints of metal materials.
This standard is applicable to resistance welding joints with a metal plate thickness of 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm, a maximum welding point diameter of 7[t] and less than 12 mm (where t is the plate thickness. When the plate thickness is different, t is the thickness of the thinner plate).
