This section stipulates the basic requirements for electric shock protection, including basic protection for humans and livestock (direct contact protection) and fault protection (indirect contact protection). In addition, it also stipulates the application and coordination of the above requirements according to external influence conditions.
This section also stipulates the requirements for adopting additional protection in specific situations.
