Abstract
This document describes a method for determining the content of lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, and samarium using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This document is suitable for determining the content of lanthanum, praseodymium, and samarium in cast iron, steel, and high-temperature alloys with a mass fraction of 0.0001% to 0.0100%, and the content of cerium and neodymium with a mass fraction of 0.0002% to 0.0100%.
