This document specifies the data transmission protocols for the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system, including the real-time data transmission protocol and the offline data transmission protocol.
This document is applicable to the transmission of real-time data and historical files between the master station and the sub-station of the power system real-time dynamic monitoring system, as well as between master stations.
