GB/T 29463-2023 Gaskets used in tube-shell heat exchangers
Abstract
This document specifies the designation, type, structure, and basic dimensions of gaskets (hereinafter referred to as "gaskets") for shell-and-tube heat exchangers with a design pressure of 0.25 MPa to 6.4 MPa, a design temperature of -196 °C to 450 °C, and a nominal diameter of DN159 to DN2,600, featuring a concave-convex sealing surface. This document also covers requirements for manufacturing, inspection, marking, packaging, and storage. This document is applicable to the design and manufacture of gaskets for shell-and-tube heat exchangers, including those made of wrapped materials, metal corrugated composites, metal-clad materials, non-metallic materials, and metal toothed combinations.
