Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of building energy consumption, the classification of building energy consumption by use and the form of indicators, the conversion of cold/heat in building energy consumption into electricity and/or fossil energy, and the unified conversion method of electricity and fossil energy in building energy consumption. This standard is applicable to the data collection, energy consumption measurement, data statistics, information release, energy consumption analysis and evaluation of civil building energy consumption.
