Abstract
This document specifies the dimensions and requirements for round, sheathed, multi-core, or single-core copper conductors with a nominal system voltage of no more than 600 V AC or 900 V DC, and 1,000 V AC or 1,500 V DC.
This document applies to sheathed multi-core or single-core cables for general-purpose road vehicles, and also to the conductors in sheathed multi-core or single-core cables.
Note: A list of commonly used cable product models covered by this document is provided in Appendix NA.
