This document specifies the electromagnetic interference (EMI) requirements for a frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz, applicable to the following defined household appliances, power tools, and similar devices, regardless of whether they are powered by AC or DC (including batteries).
This document specifies the immunity requirements for continuous and transient electromagnetic disturbances caused by both conducted and radiated modes.
Unless otherwise specified, this document applies to all equipment included in the scope of CISPR 14-1. Specifically:
——Household appliances or appliances for similar purposes;

——Typical household functions in residential environments, including homes and related buildings, gardens, etc.
——Typical household functions in stores, offices, commercial, and other similar work environments.
