This standard applies to AC isolation circuit breakers with a rated voltage of 72.5 kV and above, designed for installation indoors or outdoors and operating in a 50 Hz system.
This standard confirms the applicable parts required by GB/T 11022, GB 1984, and GB 1985, and also provides additional requirements specific to such devices.
This standard covers devices that meet the requirements of both circuit breakers and disconnecting switches in the disconnected position.
This standard describes in detail the requirements for the interaction between the independent functions of isolation circuit breakers, and clarifies the differences between these requirements and the independent requirements of separate circuit breakers and disconnecting switches.
