GB/T 28799.3-2020 Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance (PE-RT) piping systems for hot and cold water installations—Part 3:Fittings
Abstract
This part of GB/T 28799 specifies the terms, definitions, symbols and abbreviations, materials, product classification, requirements, system applicability, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as "pipe fittings").
This part, together with other parts of GB/T 28799, applies to cold and hot water piping systems, including cold and hot water, drinking water, and heating systems in civil and industrial buildings, hot spring piping systems, and central heating secondary piping systems, etc.
This part applies to PE-RT Type I and PE-RT Type II pipe fittings.
This part's PE-RT Type I pipe fittings are not suitable for hot spring piping systems and central heating secondary piping systems.
